Description

Kris by Borzalino is a freestanding bookcase with wooden shelves, which can be positioned against a wall or used as a double-sided bookcase in the centre of a room. This bookcase stands out for its lightweight appearance, thanks to the absence of a back panel and the slim supports made from iron or brass. These metal supports are positioned towards the middle of the shelves, leaving the end sections free.
The shelves, which are 35 cm deep, are made from oak or canaletto walnut wood veneer and run the entire width of the bookcase with a suspended effect.
There are 5 different height measurements available from 46 to 198 cm, depending on your needs. Both the 140 and 240 cm models are extremely versatile and can carry out many functions depending on the chosen height, from a tall and elegant bookcase, to a useful surface area for smaller rooms, to the lower versions which can be used as a console table or TV stand.
