Medusa

Medusa by Oluce is an LED table lamp providing direct light. It consists of a cylindrical diffuser in clear Pyrex glass, in which a metal dome containing the light source is incorporated. The dome is suspended inside the cylinder thanks to an elegant groove in the glass, reminiscent of a jellyfish floating in the water; a decorative detail is the textile electrical cable that deliberately remains visible and that, descending freely from the centre of the diffuser, almost seems to sway.
The glass cylinder gently distributes the light onto the lamp's surface: the warm, soft light is in perfect balance with the lamp's formal cleanliness and visual lightness.
