Mailea

Mailea is an upholstered living room chair characterised by its innate elegance, formal rigour and timeless design.
The painted metal or solid wood frame consists of four flat tubular legs; the two back legs are close together and positioned centrally to become a pleasing connotative detail. Ascending externally to the upholstered shell, the legs accommodate the seat cushion and support the backrest that is either slightly rounded or decidedly curved to form the armrests. This gives us two versions of Mailea: the classic chair without armrests for the dining table, or the armchair with armrests perfect for the head of the table.
The covers can be customised by choosing from a vast upholstery sample book that includes textured, bouclè, plain or patterned fabrics, velvets or fine natural leather and nubuck.
