Description

Neptune Lounge is a modular wardrobe with folding doors that can be configured in two different depths: a standard depth of 59.2 cm and a reduced depth of 38 cm. The modules - which can be freely combined to create large full-wall compositions or used independently - range from 48 to 144 cm, from columns with single hinged doors to spacious double modules with folding doors. The Neptune Lounge elements are all customisable to the centimetre in height, from 186 to 295 cm.
The doors, irrespective of the type of opening, can be customised in terms of finish and workmanship: lacquered or oak veneered, they can optionally be embellished with matching milled edges, applied slats or lacquered metal inserts. Similarly, the internal structure also enjoys a high degree of customisation, with a choice of melamine, matte lacquer or open-pore oak.

The Lounge wardrobes derive from the day collection of the same name and combine perfectly with it: either to link living and sleeping areas under a strong aesthetic unity, or to create unique compostions by combining hinged modules, boiseries and open compartments equipped with shelves, mantels and dressing table.

Useful Height: To obtain the useful internal height of the cupboard, simply remove the thicknesses of the draining adjustment feet (0,5 cm), the base (3,2 cm) and the top (2,5 cm) from the overall height of the composition. Some examples:
- for wardrobe 226 cm h: 219,8 cm
- for wardrobe 260 cm h: 253,8 cm
- for wardrobe 295 cm h: 288,8 cm

Please Note: The sides are always supplied without edging on the short sides. This difference in finish, which is often hidden from view once the wardrobe is assembled, deliberately leaves the solid spruce frame of the honeycomb sandwich panel exposed in order to enhance the wooden component of the element and show the high quality of the finished product.

Drilling Sides
Depth 38 cm: pairs of Ø 1,5 mm hles, spaced 9,6 cm apart, placed every 35,2 cm (see diagram in the gallery).
Depth 59,2 cm: Ø 1,5 mm holes every 9.6 cm for the entire side height.

Optional
Vertical LED bars: positioned on the internal metal division of the module. Can be fitted with a transformer (maximum power supported 75/150W) and switchd on via sensor. Warm LEDs 3000K-24V, consumption 11 W / m.

Assembly Tips
Pre-mounted hardware on all elements to facilitate and speed up assembly operations.
The feet, which are also pre-mounted on the plinths, allow the wardrobe to be levelled correctly thanks to a maximum extension of 0,8 cm. In the unloaded position, they measure 0,5 cm.
The following are required for the assembly of the shell:
- in width 4 cm (if installation in niche 2 cm)
- in height 2 cm

Honeycomb sandwich panel: this is a panel made with an internal honeycomb structure and a 5 / 7 cm perimeter frame in first choice solid fir closed with 2 MDF panels 0,3 / 0,4 cm thick, subsequently lacquered or veneerd.
The strengths of honeycomb sandwich panels are:
- greater durability;
- greater load resistance;
- significantly reduced panel weight (up to 60% less), which is useful for transport, assembly, moving or relocation, but above all for reducing the wight of the sashes on the structure and hardware;
- hardware always fixed to the perimeter (solid fir wood) of the sides and doors, so the hinges will have greater strenth and the furniture will last considerably longer;
- better resistance to humidity, as the material 'breathes';
- exclusively "100% Made in Italy".
Aged Oak: compared to 'standard' open-pore oak, aged oak is characterised by a slightly more brushed surface, which shows a deeper pore and a more evident grain. This difference is more noticeable on important surfaces such as tables, wall units and wardrobes, less so on complements, beds and bed sets.
