Customer Request
I'm refurbishing an apartment and I'd like to start with the kitchen. I loved straight away Sixty 05 kitchen, which has a classic line and a visible hood. I would like to get a symmetric layout with a big isle equipped with a sink. I would like to include wall units with glass doors and moulding along the whole upper side of the cabinets. More in general I would like a white finish for cabinets and working top with black and golden details. Please make sure that the inserted appliances are free-standing - which I prefer - instead of the built-in ones. All walls are white and the floor is in light wood.
The Interior Designer's Comment
We developed our project to be in line with the customer's requests, we designed the kitchen creating a symmetric layout which appears convenient to use and pleasant to the eye. The linear part of the kitchen features doors, drawers and big drawers equally distributed on the right and left hand side of the oven, placed right in the middle. The model of the free-standing oven has been chosen by the customer thus we just left the suitable space for the installation, the cooking area is then completed with a visible hood. We created a recess on the left side of the layout for the installation of the double-door fridge, which will be purchased directly by the customer. The upper part of the kitchen is characterised by a moulding framing the wall units and the 4 display cases, the glass doors are decorated with black frames for a touch of movement on the total white of the kitchen.
In front of the linear kitchen we placed a big isle able to comfortably seats 5 people on one side and on the other side a series of cabinets including a dish-washer and sink for a fully equipped kitchen. The industrial style is the same of Sixty model and is characterised by framed doors and handles with a golden touch. The white quartz top enhances the elegance of the environment and it has also been used to cover up the kitchen wall between wall units and cabinets.
