spring mattress: internal springing made of steel with 2,20 mm thread and 1,30 mm steel spirals, insulating felt 1000 gr/m2, D21 resin layer on both sides with a thickness of 1,5 cm, padding in hypoallergenic fibres 320 gr/m2 and polyester fabric cover, perimetrical structural frame, packed in a nylon bag.
memory mattress: core in polyurethane water foam with density 30 kg/m2, 4 cm thick memory layer, padding in hypoallergenic fibres 320 gr/m2 and polyester fabric cover, packed in a nylon bag.
customer mattress: the mattress must weight between 25 and 30 kg for double mattresses; between 20 and 25 kg for the large single and between 15 and 20 kg for the single model.
Technical Specifications and Equipment
sides, tops and bottoms: class E1 melamine panel, 2,5 cm thick. Bottoms come with adjustable height feet.
doors and backs: class E1 melamine panels, 1,8 cm thick.
slatted base: epoxy powder painted slatted base, beech wood slats and anti-twist system.
mechanism: equipped with braking system assembled on metal plates painted with epoxy powders.
Optional
Top panel: 2.5 cm thick, class E1 melamine, with a single compartment for the single and large single bed model and double compartment with internal division for the French and standard double models. Also available with 1.8 cm thick drop-down with push-pull opening system.
Table: 2.5 cm thick class E1 melamine panel. Epoxy powder-coated metal leg. Equipped with tilting system, it is fixed to the front of the bed.
Desk: 2.5 cm thick class E1 melamine panel. Equipped with tilting system, it is fixed to the front of the bed.
LED lighting: pair of LED lights with intensity adjustment.
Materials Specifications
matte lacquer: sides and front are finished in matte lacquer on both sides; top and bottom are lacquered on the internal side only.
Assembly Tips
For safety reasons, fixing to a brick wall is mandatory.
In presenza of optional overhang, 5 cm in height is required for mounting.
