Description

Split is a horizontal double fold down bed, available in the dimensions of a French double bed - with a 140 x 200 cm bed base - or standard with a 160 cm width. With a customizable structure in smooth or textured melamine or matte lacquer, Split is an ideal space-saving solution for creating a double bed from a wall: the horizontal opening, activated with a quick and easy action, allows for reduced overall dimensions both when opened and when closed.
It is also possible to complete the Split foldaway wall bed with numerous optional accessories, significantly increasing its functionality. These include extra storage cabinets (open-face or closed with hinged doors), side wardrobes, bookcase columns, shelves and even the Holdem sofa, capable of opening automatically together with the bed and ideal in a studio apartment.

client's mattress: the mattress must have a weight between 25 and 30 kg.

Technical Specifications and Equipment
sides, lids and bottoms: class E1 melamine faced panel, 2,5 cm thick. The bottoms are equipped with height-adjustable feet.
doors and backs: class E1 melamine faced panel, 1,8 cm thick.
bed base: epoxy powder-coated bed base with beech wood slats and an anti-torsion system.
mechanism: mechanism equipped with braking system, mounted on epoxy powder-painted metal plates.

Optional
upper storage cabinet: class E1 melamine, 2,5 cm thick, with double compartment and internal division. Also available with 1,8 cm thick tilt doors with push-pull opening system.
desk: class E1 melamine panel, 2,5 cm thick. Equipped with a foldng system and fixed to the front panel of the closed bed.
LED lighting: pair of dimmable LED lights.

Material Specifications
matte lacquered: sides and front are finished in matte lacquer on both sides; lid and bottom are lacquered on the inner side.

Assembly Tips
For safety reasons, fixing to a masonry wall is mandatory.
In the presence of the optional upper storage cabinet, 5 cm in height are required for assembly.
