Technical Specifications and Equipment
Bed base: 68mm thick slats made of steamed beech plywood bent by warm with low formaldehyde emission. The slats are connected to the metal frame with silicon rubber mounts. The steel frame is a square section mm 40 x 30. Painting with epoxied powders.
Structure: fir solid wood and/ or caged in birch plywood. 18/25 mm thick panels made of particle birch wood in E1 class of low and natural wood fibre.
Filling: crushproof polyurethane foam with different firmness, density from 18 to 40 Kg/m³. The first layer is made of polyester foam joined with grabbing interliner made of polyester and/or batting polyester at 100% of 200 gr.
Reversible Headboard: The bed is fully finished even in the back with the same cover of the bed so that the bed can be placed in the middle of the room. The headboard offers the possibility to change the side of the cover by simply removing it and positioning it according to the desired side, and using it from both sides equally to have the headboard always at its best.
Attached cushions: The bed is fitted with two bands that are fixed to the top and back of the headboard. A pair of cushions are then fastened to the bands with velcro. The user can position them equally on both sides of the cover with a simple operation.
Storage box: mm 12-14 thick panels made of particle birch wood in E1 class.
Simple Lift-up base: traditional mechanism certified and tested up to 5.000 cycles, allows you to lift the bed base at 45°. Metal structure painted in epoxied powders with gas springs set on mattress weight.
Double Lift-up base: tested up to 4.000 cycles with assisted mechanism, allows you to lift the bed base at 45° and then raised it flat at a convenient height (m h.1). In this way, you can access the box easily and don't have to bend over the bed to make it or get into uncomfortable positions. Metal structure painted in epoxied powders with gas springs set on mattress weight.
Feet:
Basic standard (Smart bed frame): n.4 feet made of regenerated or recyclable polypropylene, available in wengé, black, white or silver. Height cm 3.
Visual (Smart bed frame): N° 4 feet in regenerated propylene or recyclable, available in wengé, black, white or silver. Foot height cm 9, the total height of the bed is 6 cm higher.
Lux (Smart bed frame): n.4 L-shaped feet for overall sizes of cm 18 x 18 h.3. Available in natural birch wood in wengé, black, matt white or chromed.
Blade (York bed frame): n.2 plexiglass footboard feet in moulded alluminium alloy. Painted in epoxy, satin or bronze, with brushing treatment. 13 cm hight. Choosing Blade feet, the two headboard feet will be in the Ghost clear model.
Plexi (York bed frame): n.2 footboard feet in clear plexiglass 30 mm thick with non-sliding rubber 13 cm hight. Choosing the Plexi model, the two headboard feet will be in the Ghost clear model.
Tower (York bed frame): n.2 footboard feet in polish chrome-plated stainless steel, 13 cm hight. Choosing the Tower model, the two headboard feet will be in the Ghost clear model.
Optional
remove the bed base: you can purchase a bed without bed base only for the models without storage box.
set of angular supports: available for models with mechanical bed base or without bed base. The supports allow you to adjust the height of the bed base and have a mattress that is more or less deep than the bed frame. The three heights for the position are cm 5, cm 6 and cm 12.
accessory bag: elegant, convenient and useful solution that is applied with Velcro at the bed frame. The different compartments are divided in order to store up magazines, books, tablets, mobiles, headphone or glass cases.
Clean-Up System: it is a mechanism that allows you to lift the 13cm high storage bed models and move the whole structure, without effort, by operating two hidden levers assembled on the sides of the bed frame. In this way, 4 no-marks rubber casters lower down and the whole bed is raised of cm h. 13 and can be moved back and forth effortlessly. When the levers are lowered down, the casters disappear and the bed rests again on its feet. Easy, handy and safe.
Assembling Tips
Easy to be assembled, provided with instructions and maintenance.
The bed is delivered with the mechanisms already fastened onto the side rails of the bed for the storage beds and the covered headboard. Provided with Catas certification, the Italian institute for certification, research and tests in the wood furniture and industrial field.
