Description

Gelsomino is a sofa bed with high feet in chrome-plated steel or painted metal, suitable for any living room with upholstery in fabric, velvet, faux leather or leather. The peculiarity of this sofa bed is that it has a base with high feet that make it easy to clean the floor underneath.
All it takes is a simple gesture and minimal effort to transform the sofa into a comfortable bed: the opening movement, in fact, is ensured by a practical flap mechanism without the need to remove the seat and back cushions. Different mattress models are available for maximum comfort: from the classic foam model to pocket sprung or memory versions.

Structure: solid wood, plywood and/or conglomerate of wood. Infill with raw wood fibre panels.
Structure: Polyurethane foam and/or polyester fibre.
Springing: Controlled elastic belts mounted in a criss-cross system.
Mechanism: High-strength steel tubes and electro-welded wire mesh.
Seat cushion: High-density polyurethane foam covered with velveteen and resin.
Back Cushion: Expanded polyurethane covered with flap and bonded velveteen.
Feet: Chromed or RAL lacquered metal base, cm h.15.

Mattresses
Standard mattress polyurethane foam HR 25/30 kg/m3. Covering 100% polyester, quilted with 100% polyester and non-woven fabric.
Bonnel mattress: "Bonnel" springs in 2 mm diameter tempered steel; one sheet per side in 15 mm polyurethane foam; 100% polyester écru fabric quilted with resinated and non-woven fabric; quilted band.
Pocket mattress: 1.8 mm diameter steel wire pocket springs; 8 mm polyurethane foam on both sides; perimeter foam pads. Cover in 100% polyester quilted stretch fabric with expanded + resinated 100% polyester and non-woven fabric. Fascia in 100% quilted polyester fabric with 5 mm foam.
Polilatex mattress: polyurethane foam HT 35 kg/mc with natural latex, expanded with water and air so as not to use harmful expanders. Ecological, elastic, non-deformable and breathable material.
Memory mattress: lower part in CMHR foam 35 kg/mc, h.10 cm; upper part in memory foam 50 kg/mc, h.3 cm. Upper cover in 80% cotton, 20% polyester terry. Lower cover 100% cotton.
