Order Status

You can easily check your order status, by logging in to your account on the top right side of the page. For more information on your order, send an email or call our customer care team .

"Waiting for bank transfer notification": the order with bank transfer payment is correct and we are waiting for the bank notification. The order status is marked as "Waiting for bank transfer notification" until the bank confirms it. The process takes on average 3 working days.

"In Production": your payment is correct and the order has been put into production. ArredaClick is waiting for your products to arrive at the warehouse. You will be immediately informed by email when the products are available, in order to proceed with the balance and shipping.

"Shipped": Your products have been picked up by the carrier from our warehouse. Delivery times around Europe may vary from 7 to 12 days, according to the destination. The carrier will then contact you, before delivery, by telephone. This sentence also means that the customer has personally picked up the items at our warehouse ( only if you have chosen this option)

"PayPal Transaction not completed": your Pay Pal transaction has not been completed : try again with the payment. There are two main reasons: a transaction limit of € 1.500,00 for non-verified PayPal users as well as credit card monthly limits or again you have entered an email that has been previously used with Paypal. In this case you have to log in without creating a new account. If you have questions, please contact our Customer Care Team.

"Cancelled": the order has been cancelled. For more information, contact our Customer Care Team.
