Description

Dafne is a buffet cabinet made from curved wood, in blockboard oak or American walnut. The modern buffet cupboard is characterised by curved lines and rounded forms.
The wooden shell is available with a single central door with push-pull opening, which can also have a glass front and a matching handle - perfect for displaying your glassware. The cabinet is raised 15 cm off of the ground thanks to a pair of wooden bases, which have the same volume and finishes as the unit itself. The top of the buffet cupboard can be chosen in ceramic or marble for a precious, refined effect.
Internally, the buffet cabinet is equipped with three extra-clear glass shelves, and one can choose to add an LED light on the upper wall of the central door (20 cm from the bottom) to highlight the precious contents.
Dafne is ideal for an elegant and sophisticated living room or dining room, or for an open space, where it can be paired with the sideboard from the same collection.

Technical study

Material Specifications
Marble: elegant material, characterised by open veins, which can sometimes feature resin-based grouting which smooths the surface in case of slight roughness. At the same time, it also guarantees structural resistance. Seeing as marble is a natural stone, with an age sometimes exceeding a million years, the surface cannot be defined as "perfect": each slab is different, with more or fewer marked veins depending on the cutting and polishing processes. Natural micro imperfections may be present - this is a characteristic of marble, and not attributable to defects. Marble tops are naturally porous: a possible protective polyester treatment hides this porosity to the touch, while leaving the natural characteristics of the slab visible.

To know more...
Solid wood is a full essence wood, sourced from FSC certified supplies (forests managed correctly and responsibly according to strict environmental, social and economic standards). For the blockboard wood, only the highest quality 7-layer solid fir or birch panels with grade A veneer are used, with zero formaldehyde emissions.
All woods are finished with the application of an entirely natural, non-toxic, safety-certified water-based transparent finish. The use of glues is limited as much as possible in favour of mechanical joints. If used, vinyl glues have zero emissions of formaldehyde, ammonia or APEO.
