Lima is a designer column bookcase with solid larch wood fronts of varying thickness. The main feature of Lima is the sculptural decoration of the six doors, which gives the bookcase dynamism and grandeur, with square lines and volumes reminiscent of a carved totem. Inside each of the three compartments, separated by solid wood shelves, there is an additional black painted plywood shelf dividing each space into two distinct volumes, while outside there is a practical pull-out drawer.
Ideal for storing not only books, but also glasses, bottles and other living room accessories, Lima is a functional object with a strongly modern design, especially when offered in the particular metallic shades. Other more common finishes, which equally enhance the unique play of volumes and unevenness of the solid wood fronts, include matt lacquer and stained larch, which can be combined with the metal effect for an even more dynamic and unique column.
