Description

Greg by Borzalino is a low sofa in real leather with a wooden base and single seat cushion in two depths. The sofa’s simple design is characterised by the curved and sloping armrests and backrest of the same height, guaranteeing maximum comfort.
Greg is available in several different models; a 2, 3 or 4-seater linear sofa, sofa with chaise longue or corner sofa in several sizes. Alternatively, you may choose to combine a selection of single elements to create your own sofa. There is also a matching armchair and pouffe available.
Choose from a wide range of upholstery options, from real leather, to precious velvet, to fabric. If you choose the velvet or fabric options, you may also choose the two-tone version of the sofa, with a leather insert which runs along the backrest and armrests.
Greg features a solid, oak-wood base with tall legs, also available in open-pore lacquer.

Technical Specifications and Equipment
Structure: in poplar plywood and solid wood.
Seat suspension: crossed elastic straps.
Padding: fixed structure in expanded polyurethane foam of different densities 21/30/40 Kg/m³, covered with a canalised down quilt to keep feathers in place and stop them from shifting over time. Seat in expanded polyurethane foam of 35 Kg/m³, covered with a canalised down quilt which guarantees cushion softness.

Optional
Step stitching: runs along the perimeter of the body and seat. Available for the trim, in the same material as the sofa upholstery.
Backrest cushions: rectangular cushions cm 70 x 22 with removable cover.

Vegetable tanning: the naturalness of this process is guaranteed by the usage of vegetable tannins, obtained from trunks and barks of trees such as chestnut, quebracho and mimosa. The extraction of these natural substances does not damage the woodland because they are actually waste from the wood manufacturing.
The leather made with vegetable tanning is biodegradable, because it is free from chemical agents and processed with natural dyes.
Tuscania and Ghost leathers are certified by the "Genuine Italian Vegetable-Tanned Leather Consortium".
