Description

Leo is an oak wooden bed with a sloping double headboard, also in a king size version, made in an essential style with simple, geometric shapes. The strong visual impact that Leo offers is due to the oak wood, which , especially in the aged oak finish, enhances the natural characteristics of wood such as grain and knots. The important headboard tapers and lightens, on the side and upper edges, creating a slight change in thickness. In the lower part, thanks to the trapesoidal shape, the feet develop, in a single section with the headboard itself; the footboard, made from a single block, merges in the lower part with the stringers, giving life to the feet with 45° processing.
These details harmonise the visual impact, mitigating the strong colours of the wood, with the lightness of the linear forms. The Leo bed can be positioned in the centre of the room, where, thanks mainly to the headboard, it gives the room in which it is placed a warm, sober and important tone.

Aged Oak: compared to 'standard' open-pore oak, aged oak is characterised by a slightly more brushed surface, which shows a deeper pore and a more noticeable grain. This difference is more noticeable on important surfaces such as tables, wall units and wardrobes, less so on accessories, beds and bed sets.
