Headboard: in particle wood panel and plywood with crushproof expanded polyurethane padding D25 covered in acrylic wadding and interliner. Total thickness 16 cm.
Bed-frame: in plywood with crushproof expanded polyurethane foam D25 coated with acrylic interliner. Total thickness 6 cm.
Bed base: 13 fir-wood slats for each side, class E1, with anti-squeaking supports; steel frame 40x30 mm painted with non-toxic epoxy powders. Also available divisible to help the passage and with rigidity adjusters for the lumbar area; steel frame 50 x 30 mm painted with non-toxic epoxy powders. If you choose the divisible slatted base this will always be a standard one.
Storage box: internal height of the storage is 18 cm; the 11 different metallic standing points make it possible to support a weight up to 75 kg/sq.m. The bottom panels can be lifted-up to ease the cleaning of the area under the bed; handles are made of rope. The simple lift-up system allows the slatted base to raise diagonally at an angle between the 35° and 40°; the double lift-up system adds a horizontal position to the first diagonal one, thanks to the optimization of the movement the slatted base sticks out only 10 cm in depth compared to the bed frame.
Pistons: the lift-up system is equipped with 1100N pistons that work at best with a mattress of around 40kg. For the king-size model 180 x 200 cm you can opt for the optional enhanced pistons 1250N that can support a max of 55 kg. For the super king-size model with slatted base 200 x 200 cm the standard included pistons will be the enhanced ones of 1250N; for heavier mattresses we recommend the optional lift-up system with 4 pistons.
Optional:
Slats cover hood: available for the versions with storage box to protect the mattress against use and dust in the part that is in contact with the box slatted base. Available for standard slats without rigidity adjusters.
Recess mattress: on bed-frame h.25 and h.30 cm it is possible to recess the mattress by 6,5 cm inside the bed-frame.
