Description

Minnesota is an upholstered bed with a wrap-around headboard, available with a 9cm or 15cm-thick wooden bed frame. The ergonomic shape of the headboard is perfect for sitting up in bed to read or watch TV. This curved headboard, as well as the rich structural details, are the most distinctive features of this bed.
The fully-upholstered version, in fabric, faux-leather or leather, is also available with a practical storage box, perfect for storing bed linen or seasonal clothes. The back of the headboard is finished to match the front, with an additional cost for leather options. This allows you to place the bed in the middle of a room.
This bed has a very versatile style and design, making it suitable for any kind of home and bedroom. It also has a compact size so can be used in smaller spaces. The structure and the headrest are made of wood and covered in polyurethane foam with pre-coating in polyester wadding.
Minnesota is available as a standard double or a king-size bed.

The slatted base is always included for each model. In the Bed Base Equipment section, you can also choose the "divisible" version, as well as, for models with a bed base, it is possible to remove it.
The mattress is not included. You can find a suitable mattress in our Mattresses section: the mattress must be the same size as the bed base.

Technical Specifications and Equipment
Bed Frame and Headboard: structure made of wood and derivatives, covered with polyurethane foam of varying densities with pre-coating in polyester wadding. Removable upholstery in fabric, or fixed in faux-leather and leather.
Storage box: made with medium-density, E1-class panels, low in formaldehyde content, covered with wood veneer.
Legs: 24cm tall and metal in the version with base made from wood veneer, lacquer or metal; 18cm tall and in shaped metal. For the version with the built-in storage box, the legs are made from black ABS and are 5 cm in height (adjustable).
Slatted bed base: made from curved plywood slats and a metal frame; structural with a storage box and h.9 cm wooden bed-frame. In the other models without storage box it is possible to choose at which height among the three available to fix the support and thus encase the mattress.
Storage box: bed base made from curved plywood slats and metal frame with rubber corners. Lifting system with hydraulic pistons; the maximum mattress capacity is 45 kg. Bottom panels can be removed using the handle, allowing for cleaning under the bed.The internal height of the storage box is 17,3 cm.

Vintage Leather: the vintage leather cover for the headboard evokes a rustic-chic style which conveys the charm of this unique product: marks and streaks are randomly distributed across the surface of the leather and no two pieces are ever identical. This is what gives this leather its beauty and guarantee of authenticity and quality.
Heat-treated Oak: this particular oak finish is characterised by the contrast between the light grain and the dark and full-bodied background of the wood. This effect is created by the high temperature to which the wood is subjected, resulting in different colouring between the hardest and softest parts of the wood, with a pleasant chiaroscuro effect.

Decorative Cushions: pair of bolster cushions, Ø 14 cm, matching the upholstery on the bed.
Back-Finish on Headboard: for positioning the bed in the centre of a room, the back of the headboard can be finished to match the front. If you choose leather or vintage leather, the standard bed comes with technical canvas at the back of the headboard. The back can be finished with leather or vintage leather for an additional cost.
