Description

Philadelphia is a modern drawer unit for the bedroom also available in a bedside table and dresser version, from two to six drawers, also with open compartments. In numerous finishes and colours, Philadelphia is highly customisable and adapts to any compositional style; it is particularly interesting in combination with wooden or lacquered beds and accessories. In the two-drawer bedside table and the three-drawer chest of drawers h.76,5, it is possible to complete the open compartment with a divider matching the shelf, making the space inside the compartment more easily organisable. Containers with a contemporary and essential language, the tops and flush sides of the drawers are dressed in material or lacquered finishes while the fronts are interrupted solely by the horizontal mark of the handles. In elements without an open compartment, the first drawer opens from the top through the protrusion created between the front and the top of the container, the others are fitted with the Filo handle in extruded aluminium; in elements with an open compartment, the opening is guaranteed by the lateral protrusion of the drawers.

Technical Specifications and Features
Structure and fronts: storage units made of class E1 particleboard panels with low formaldehyde content, 20 mm thick for the shell, 15 mm for the top and 35 mm for the fronts), covered with wood-effect synthetic veneer for the material ash finish, elm material finish and matte lacquer on ash, resin-effect synthetic veneer for the material Loto finish and with white material veneer for the matte lacquer finish. They are made of brushed stained oak or heat-treated oak veneer with transparent open-pore varnish for the wood finishes. All wood finishes have a horizontal grain, except for heat-treated oak which has a vertical grain. Drawer sides: made of 14 mm thick panels with a synthetic jute textured finish; drawer bottoms 8 mm thick. They are opened by means of a lateral recess between the side and the front in the same colour as the structure (see combination table for woods and material Olmo and Loto). Opening with grip or handle: high-slide metal runners with full extension, end-of-travel block and 30 kg dynamic capacity. Blumotion" soft-closing mechanism integrated in the gide. The opening of drawers with open compartment is guaranteed by their lateral projection.

This effect is created by the high temperature to which the wood is subjected, determining a different colouring between the harder and softer parts of the wood, with a pleasant and random shading.
