Headboard: in chipboard and plywood with non-deformable D25 polyurethane foam padding covered in high resilience acrylic wadding. Total thickness 16 cm. Lower headboard cushion with metal frame and elastic straps.
Bed Frame: in plywood with padding in non-deformable polyurethane foam D25 covered in acrylic wadding and velvet. Total thickness 6 cm.
Bed Base: 13 birch slats per side, class E1, with anti-squeak supports; 40x30 mm steel frame painted with non-toxic epoxy powders. Available divisible and with sliders for adjusting the rigidity in the lumbar area. For the 200x200 cm size, the Deluxe base is standard: 14 birch slats per side, class E1, with anti-squeak supports and sliders for adjusting the rigidity in the lumbar area as standard; 50x30 mm steel frame painted with non-toxic epoxy powders. A standard net is always mounted if the optional divisible net is chosen.
Storage container: internal height of the compartment equal to 14 / 20 cm; the 11 metal support points ensure that the box can support a weight of up to 75 kg/m2. The bottoms can be lifted for easy cleaning below the bed; rope handles. Simple lifting system that allows the diagonal lifting of the bed base for an opening with an angle between 35° and 40°; double lifting system that when lifting the bed horizontally optimises the movement of the bed base, protruding from the bed frame by only 10 cm in depth.
Hidden storage container: Flared edges recessed from the bed frame; internal height of the compartment equal to 14 cm in the central part. Simple lifting system that allows the mattress base to be raised diagonally for an opening angle between 35° and 40°.
Pistons: The bed base lifting systems are designed to work optimally and support a mattress weight of 40 kg. For the king-size model with a 180x200 cm bed base, 1250N reinforced pistons are optional and can support a mattress weighing up to 55 kg. For the super king-size model with a 200x200 cm bed base, 1250N reinforced pistons are fitted as standard; for mattresses weighing more, we recommend the optional bed base lifting system equipped with 4 pistons.
Optional:
Bed Base Cover: available for versions with storage compartment to protect the mattress from wear and dust in the part in contact with the openable net of the box. Available for standard base without rigidity regulators.
Stitchwork and Upholstery:
Given the natural grain of leather, there may be differences in the stitchwork of a leather bed and the fabric bed.
