Description

Philadelphia is a modular chest of drawers in wood or lacquer, characterized by its minimalist design. Thanks to its very high degree of compositional freedom, this chest of drawers allows you to create arrangements with drawer units of different widths, so that you can furnish the sleeping area as well as other settings. The subdivisions between the drawers that continue on the sides and the possibilty of creating finishes and openings on the front and back allow you to also set the composition in the centre of the room, for example in a spacious walk-in closet. You can also add a satin, polished or dark mirror glass top to your chest of drawers to add an extra touch of contrast and colour. Thanks to its square shapes, Philadelphia allows you to optimise not only the organisation of space within its drawers, but also to subdivide the surrounding space according to your taste. The hanging version allows you to play with your creativity without compromising stability, with the possibility of composing creative solutions that alternate storage volumes and shelves.

Structure and Fronts: storage units made of class E1 particleboard panels with low formaldehyde content, (20 mm thick for the shell, 15 mm for the top and 35 mm for the fronts), covered with wood-effect synthetic melamine for the elm and eco-walnut textured finish, resin-effect synthetic melamine for the Lotus textured finish, fabric-effect synthetic melamine for the Sketch finishes and with white textured melamine for the matte and metallic lacquered finish. They are made of brushed stained oak veneer or heat-treated oak veneer with transparent open-pore varnish for the wood finishes. All wood finishes have a horizontal grain, except for heat-treated oak which has a vertical grain.
Drawer sides: made of 14 mm thick panels with synthetic jute textured finish; drawer bottoms 8 mm thick.
Opening with grip or handle: high slide metal runners with full extension, end-of-travel lock and 30 kg dynamic capacity. Bumotion "soft-closing" mechanism integrated in the runner. Opening of drawers with open compartment is ensured by their lateral projection.
Handles: the minimal handle is standard from the second drawer from the top. In the case of drawer compositons with different widths, the handle is optional again..

Heat-treated Oak: This particular oak finish is characterised by the contrast between the light-coloured grain and the dark, full-bodied background of the wood. This effect is created by the high temperature to which the wood is subjected, resulting in a different colouring between the harder and softer parts of the wood, with a pleasant contrast in lighter and darker tones.
