Papelito by Cattelan is a wooden table with a steel base, available either with a rectangular top with soapstone edges or with contrasting solid wood inserts. Alternative versions include crystal or stone-effect ceramic tops, both polished and matt.
The real specialty of the Papelito table, however, lies in its base, formed from a thin sheet of curved steel, as if rippled by the wind. However, the sculptural design form provides the table with a solid central support, the shape of which changes continuously as the viewing point changes.
Unlike the almost homonymous Papel table, with which it shares this peculiarity regarding the base, Papelito has smaller table tops, generally between 180 and 220 cm regardless of shape and material.
