One of the unique features of the Replay 08 wall is the combination of different materials. In this case polished ceramic, Canaletto walnut and the painted metal of the shelves (repeated in the showcase column on the opposite side)

Thin painted metal shelves, which can be completed with optional LED bars for 3000K diffuse lighting (can be controlled via controlled socket or remote control)

The optional under-shelf LED bars are magnetically attached, which makes installation both simple and safe

Description

Replay 08 is a wall system with a ceramic back panel, 480 cm wide and 216 cm high, with a great visual impact thanks to its large dimensions, the contrast between different materials and the inclusion of optional LED lights to accentuate its peculiarities.
Also available in the reduced 420 cm version, which excludes the last hinged door column, Replay 08 is designed for large walls wider than 4 metres, with a suspended TV and wall panelling across the entire width. Complete with suspended bases with deep drawers and tilt doors and 4 thin painted metal shelves, the Replay wall unit also includes a 160 cm high display cabinet with open shelves and an internal drawer.
The elegance of ceramic, the material around which the entire composition revolves, can be contrasted with the materiality of melamine, the colour of matte and glossy lacquers or the timeless elegance of veneered wood.

Technical Specifications and Equipment
Base, Showcase and Hinged Column Structure and Fronts: made of 2 cm thick particle board panels. Covered with synthetic veneer, also matt lacquered, gloss lacquered, metallic lacquered or with varnished wood veneer. The high-gloss lacquering only extends to the outside of the side panels and their perimeter edges. Interiors and backs are supplied in the corresponding matt lacquered colour. The front of the showcase is made of an aluminium structural frame, matt lacquered, metallised or epoxy lacquered. The glass is tempered, 0.4 cm thick.
Internal shelves: transparent glass, 0.6 cm thick. The showcase includes 2 as standard, while the hinged column includes 5 (one in the lower module, the remaining 4 in the 160 cm upper module).
Hinged Doors: made of 2 cm thick particle board panels, complete with hinges and metal bases in lead finish, with 90° slow opening. C.A.T.A.S. certified for up to 80,000 openings.
Base unit with Drawers: fronts made of 2 cm thick particle board panels. Drawer structure cm 1.2 thick and bottom cm 0.8 thick in particleboard with Sketch Roccia finish. Concealed runners with total extraction, with end-of-travel block and anti-unlocking stop. Dynamic load capacity of 40 Kg.
Boiserie Panels: made of 2.5 cm thick particle board, covered with synthetic veneer that can also be matt lacquered, metallised or with painted wood veneer. Laminam panels are supplied in 1.2 cm thickness. Black MDF back panel 1.9 cm thick, complete with fittings and hardware for wall fixing. The panel keeps the boiserie at a distance of 2.4 cm from the wall and is shaped from time to time, depending on the dimensions of the composition.

Optional
Vertical recessed Led Bar for Showcase Wall Unit: 15.6 W, complete with power supply unit. Diffused 3000K light, recessed on hinged side. Remote control lighting available as an optional extra.
Under-shelf Led Bars: 11.6 W each, complete with 75 W ballast with overload protection. Magnetic attachment to the shelf, with front cover matching the shelf 1.2 cm and recessed 3000K LED light. The boiserie panels, as well as the MDF back-panel, include as standard a groove for the passage of the power supply cables, which always exit from the right (looking frontally at the shelf).
