Description

Byron is a modular bookcase with shelves and storage containers which can be tailor made to the centimetre, both in height and width. Customise the dimensions, quantity, type and finishes of both the painted metal structure and the glass shelves.
The Byron bookcase, with a modern and essential design, can also be completed with bases with drawers or tilt doors, wall-mounted containers and a desk unit with a customisable width, transforming it into an important wall unit with a TV stand.
The aluminium support poles can be fixed to the wall (entirely suspended or resting on the floor) or to the ceiling: the latter possibility, in the case of a configuration only with shelves, allows for positioning in the centre of the room and the consequent transformation of Byron into an open bookcase that acts as a room divider in an open space.

Floor / Wall Supporting Poles: cm 3 d.5,4 h. up to cm 300. The crosspiece for wall attachment has a variable depth depending on the depth of the shelves.
Floor / Ceiling Supporting Poles: cm 3 d.5,4 h. up to cm 307.
Suspended "C" shaped Supporting Pole: cm 3 d.5,4 h. up to cm 150. The suspended fixing allows you to create entire wall compositions, or to place two shelves side by side to give the effect of a single large support surface.

Technical Specifications and Equipment
Supporting Poles: made of silver anodised or painted aluminium, also RAL lacquered. The side is shaped and has no holes, and is suitable for inserting zama shelf supports for fixing shelves and drawers. They are complete with adjustable feet: the range is 1 cm; in the version with floor/ceiling uprights the ceiling fixing pin is also adjustable by 1 cm.
The uprights are equipped with a safe and invisible wall / wall attachment. They are fixed to the wall or ceiling while they remain resting on the floor. In the floor / sloping ceiling version they are also equipped with an adapter: its inclination can be adjusted via a wheel and the upright can thus be adapted to any ceiling.
Linear Shelves: Linear shelves: made of transparent, coloured or back-lacquered glass (also in RAL colours); they are equipped with two metal supports matching the supporting poles.
Containers / Desk Elements: the technical characteristics of each element are available on the dedicated product page. The containers and the desk must be fixed to the wall (with the appropriate hardware included) as well as to the bookcase supporting poles. For this last operation it is necessary to purchase the appropriate supports matching the poles (one pair for each container/desk included in the composition).

Optional
LED lighting: bar positioned vertically on the internal profile of the upright. The bars are supplied including a power supply unit: switching on and off is managed directly with the electrical system wall socket. 3000K-12V gradation LED. The LED power supply cables exit the upright at a height of 18 cm from the ground, with a transformer to be fixed to a container base or wooden shelf.

Assembly Tips
The supporting poles are fixed to masonry walls or ceilings using screws and plugs included in the packages. They can also be fixed to plasterboard walls: in this case the appropriate hardware must be purchased separately.
For fixing the floor/wall supporting poles, 10 cm in height is required to easily use the screwdriver.
