Technical Specifications and Equipment
Headboard: made from particle wood and plywood with padding in D25 crushproof polyurethane foam covered in high-resilience acrylic wadding. Total thickness is 8 cm, total encumbrance with cushions is 23 cm.
Bed frame: made from plywood with D25 crushproof polyurethane foam padding covered in acrylic and velvet wadding. Total thickness is 6 cm.
Bed base: 13 birch-wood slats per side, class E1, with anti-squeek supports; 40x30 mm steel frame painted with non-toxic epoxy powders. Available in a split base version and with sliders for adjusting the stiffness in the lumbar area. For the 200x200 cm size, the Deluxe base is standard: 14 birch-wood slats per side, class E1, with anti-squeek supports and sliders for adjusting the stiffness in the lumbar area; 50x30 mm steel frame painted with non-toxic epoxy powders. A standard bed base is always assembled if a split bed base is chosen.
Storage box::he internal height of the compartment is equal to 18 cm; the 11 metal support points allow the storage box to support a weight of up to 75 kg/m2. The bottom panels can be raised for easier cleaning underneath the bed; rope handles. There is a simple lift-up system which allows you to pull the bed base up in a diagonal direction at an angle between 35° and 40°; the double lift-up system lifts the bed upwards while keeping it horizontal, protruding form the bed frame by only 10 cm in depth.
Pistons: the lift-up system is equipped with 1100N pistons that work at best with a mattress of around 40kg. For the king-size model 180 x 200 cm you can opt for the optional enhanced pistons 1250N that can support a max of 55 kg. For the super king-size model with slatted base 200 x 200 cm the standard included pistons will be the enhanced ones of 1250N; for heavier mattresses we recommend the optional lift-up system with 4 pistons.
Optional:
Base cover hood: available for the versions with storage compartment to protect the mattress from wear and dust on the part that comes in contact with the section of the base that opens. Available for a standard base without rigidity regulators.
Recessed mattress: if you choose a h.25 or h.30 cm mattress, there is the option to sink the mattress by 6,5 cm into the bed frame.
Stitching and Upholstery:
The upholstery cover is available in fabric, faux-leather or leather; in the leather version, one side is always in fabric.
