Headboard: in wood agglomerate and plywood with D25 non-deformable polyurethane foam padding covered with high resilience acrylic wadding. Total thickness 19 cm.
Bed frame: in multilayer wood with D25 non-deformable polyurethane foam padding covered with acrylic wadding and velveteen. Total thickness 6 cm.
Bed base: 13 birch slats on each side, class E1, with anti-squeak supports; 40x30 mm steel frame painted with non-toxic epoxy powders. Available divisible and with sliders for adjusting rigidity in the lumbar region. For the 200x200 cm size, the Deluxe bed base is standard: 14 birch slats on each side, class E1, with anti-squeak supports and sliders for adjusting rigidity in the lumbar region as standard; 50x30 mm steel frame painted with non-toxic epoxy powders. A standard bed base is always fitted if the divisible bed base option is chosen.
Only for the bed-ring h.2 cm, the resting surface consists of a perforated wooden structural shelf.
Storage box: internal compartment height 14 / 20 cm; the 11 metal support points mean that the box can support a weight of up to 75 kg/sqm. The bottoms can be raised for easy cleaning of the bed box; rope handles. Simple riser system that allows the bed platform to be raised diagonally for an opening angle of between 35° and 40°; double riser system that when raising the bed horizontally optimises the movement of the bed platform by protruding only 10 cm in depth from the bed frame.
Pistons: the riser systems are designed to work optimally and support a mattress weight of 40 kg.
Optional:
Mattress cover: available for versions with storage compartment to protect the mattress from wear and dust in the part in contact with the box spring. Available for standard bed base without stiffness adjusters.
Pocketed mattress: on bed frame h.25 and h.30 cm possibility to pocket the mattress 6.5 cm inside the bed frame.
Stitching and Covering:
The upholstery of the bed frame can be smooth or provide along the upper profile a raised rib, also with the possibility of two-tone upholstery.
Due to the natural grain of the leather, there may be differences in stitching between leather and fabric bed covers.
